The ADR Service: How it Works

When you call our team to make your booking, we’ll first ascertain the size of your consignment so that we can allocate the right vehicle from our dedicated fleet of trucks, vans and motorbikes. Any special instructions will be adhered to and your all important deadline confirmed. We’ll quote you an upfront price or if you are a regular account customer we’ll work from your set tariff.

Once your goods are in transit, you can call us at any time for tracking information on your consignment.

All consignments carried by ADR are subject to stringent security and are covered by Goods in Transit Insurance up to £25,000 or £5,000 for goods carried by motorcycle.
